Washington, D.C., Area Residents to Hear Myths About Homosexuality Debunked Amid Warnings of Opposition

Focus on the Family will feature former homosexuals at its 19th national conference in Washington D.C. amid warnings of protests from gay activists. Much attention has been generated by ads regarding the conference that appeared in the Washington Post and Washington's City Paper, and others that were rejected by Washington, D.C.'s largest gay newspaper, The Washington Blade. Love Won Out, a one-day symposium designed to help the public navigate the myths clouding the issue of homosexuality, will take place at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Va. on Saturday, Nov. 2.
