Underwriting increase will help ensure that 100% of locally raised funds benefit the Children's Miracle Network hospital in the community where the funds are raised.

Children's Miracle Network is pleased to announce a $50,000 increase in underwriting support by CO-OP Network for the 2002 campaign year. This increase will help to ensure that 100% of all locally raised funds will remain in the community where they are raised and benefit children treated at their local Children's Miracle Network hospital.

In 2001, CO-OP Network raised over $180,000 for the 17 million children treated annually at the 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals throughout North America. The Ontario, Calif. based company is the leading credit union ATM network in North America and they donate a set amount to Children's Miracle Network for each transaction performed at a CO-OP Network ATM.

"Children's Miracle Network is grateful for the generous support of CO-OP Network," said Riley Smith, director of credit union development. "Their continued support enables us to help children's hospitals provide state-of-the-art care 24 hours a day 365 days a year."

"Our support of Children's Miracle Network enables CO-OP Network to make a difference in the communities of our member credit unions," said Robert Rose, CEO and President, CO-OP Network. "We hope that our expanded support will help Children's Miracle Network make a difference in the lives of hospitalized children throughout North America."
