Spokesman Joe Theismann Helps Company Raise Funds for Children

(Memphis, Tennessee, January 15, 2001) – If you're a man age 25 and older who is currently going gray, log on to www.justformen.com, between January 15 and February 28, and enter the "Most Colorful Color Commentator" Sweepstakes conducted by Just For Men Haircolor.

For every man who casts his vote in the sweepstakes, Just For Men Haircolor will donate $5 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, the largest childhood research center in the U.S.

Just For Men spokesman, Joe Theismann is excited about the opportunity to help St. Jude again this year. Last year, Just For Men donated more than $10,000 to St. Jude with the help of Theismann.

"The 'Most Colorful Color Commentator' Sweepstakes is great because it allows us to help the children of St. Jude," said Theismann, who serves on the hospital's professional advisory board. "While visiting www.justformen.com, men can learn more about how they can color away their gray and recapture a youthful appearance faster than a halftime game recap. It's a win-win any way you look at it."

David McKee, chief operating officer for ALSAC/St. Jude, also is excited about the partnership. "This is the second year that Just For Men Haircolor has sponsored a program to benefit St. Jude. Last year's program featuring Joe Theismann was extremely successful."

In addition to voting for their favorite color commentator, men can also tell Just For Men Haircolor their favorite sports calls and prove how much they really know about sports trivia.

Entry forms are also available by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Just for Men Haircolor "Most Colorful Color Commentator" Sweepstakes/Combe Inc./1101 Westchester Avenue/White Plains, NY 10604. Entries must be postmarked no later than February 28 and received no later than March 7, 2001.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in Memphis, Tennessee, was founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. The hospital is an internationally recognized biomedical research center dedicated to finding cures for catastrophic diseases of childhood. The hospital's work is supported through funds raised by the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC). All St. Jude patients are treated regardless of their ability to pay. ALSAC covers all costs of treatment beyond those reimbursed by third party insurers, and total costs for families who have no insurance.

Just For Men offers a five-minute shampoo-in haircolor and unique brush-in gel for mustache, beard and sideburns in eight, easy-to-apply shades that closely match a man's natural haircolor. The products have been reformulated with vitamins, natural ingredients and conditioners, which color away gray hair and, at the same time, rejuvenate it, leaving it softer, thicker and fuller looking. All are available at a suggested retail price of $7 where men's home haircolor products are sold. For product information, visit the Just For Men Haircolor Web site at www.justformen.com.
