New York City animal activists, want to make the Big Apple a better place for dogs and cats? You're invited to attend a panel discussion with the leaders of the city's most prominent animal facilities, including ASPCA President Edwin Sayres, Ed Boks of New York City Animal Care and Control and Jane Hoffman of the Mayor's Alliance for New York City's Animals, Inc.
