Dean Of Naval Academy Pushes Leadership On StudentsNational Youth Leadership Forum WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Youth Leadership Forum on Defense, Intelligence and Diplomacy (NYLF/DID) today embarked on an adventure at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. More than 350 high school students attending NYLF/DID were welcomed to the Naval Academy by William C. Miller, academic dean and provost. Dean Miller shared many interesting and motivational stories with NYLF and told them, "The essence of leadership is based on professional competence, personal integrity, and physical and mental stamina. You must all demonstrate superior leadership. The survival of our society's values is directly dependent on you." NYLF/DID takes place several times throughout the year during spring and fall semesters. For more information, visit us on the Internet at nylf.org.
