ASPCA Remembers Former ASPCA President Dr. John Kullberg
American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals | Dr. John Kullberg, a true visionary in the animal protection field, passed away on April 20, 2003 after a long battle with cancer. Dr. Kullberg served as president of the American Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) for 14 years.
